Greenock Creek Apricot Block Shiraz 2002 Barossa Valley, South Australia Australia
Greenock Creek
About the winery
Created in 1978, Greenock Creek is a little "boutique" Barossa winery with a generation level of just 2500 cases every year, possessed by Michael and Annabel Waugh. These wines, molded from old, low-yielding vineyards, have amassed very much a reputation. Greenock Creek is genuinely an estate winery. Their scope of Shiraz, cabernet sauvignon and Grenache is produced using grapes become totally on the property and handled on location at Roennfeldt Road. The wines are discharged in September every year and sell out inside a few months through cellar door and mail request. Greenock Creek's Roennfeldt Road shiraz is a notorious Australian wine that is much searched for after.

About the wine – Vintage 2005
The 2005 Apricot Block Shiraz got the same nurture as the Alice's and is a comparative glass-covering, hazy purple. A luring scent of cedar, seared earth, pepper, violets, bacon, and blueberry leaps from the glass. Some more limited (a measly 15.0% liquor) than its siblings, however it is satiny, layered, seriously enhanced Shiraz with gobs of fruits and a 60-second wrap up.
